Kofi Ampong
Chief Executive Officer BSc (Hons)
Kofi has over 25 years of experience in the property industry. He is a member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors and holds certificates in strategic planning, structuring real estate finance and senior management development. Prior to joining Broll Ghana he headed up the investment, estate maintenance and property departments of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust.
Eric Abu
Portfolio Executive BSc(Hons) MBA MRICS(UK)
Prior to joining Broll Ghana Eric worked for 18 years for the London Borough of Newham and was responsible for corporate property, resource and asset management as well as development and regeneration initiatives. Many of these programmes were connected with London’s hosting of the 2012 Olympic Games and were Office of the Deputy Prime Minister schemes.
Within Broll Ghana he is responsible for the day-to-day activities of property valuations, corporate real estate services, commercial and residential brokerage, property management and strategic development.
Francis Obeng
Financial and Administration Manager BCom MBA CA
Francis brings more than 11 years of experience in his role overseeing the accounting, administrative and finance functions within Broll Ghana. In addition he has experience in human resource matters, strategic and tax planning as well as treasury management. He also brings extensive leadership and managerial skills and is driven to consistently deliver results.
Emmanuel Caulley
Operations Manager BSc MBA
Emmanuel is an Electrical Engineer and holds a an MBA in Project and Strategic Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management and a BSc Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Kumasi.
Prior to joining Broll Ghana, Emmanuel had experience as a technical manager with NexansKabelmetal Ghana Limited and was responsible for defining and implementing the company´s facilities management and quality control strategies.
Tony Sekyere
Portfolio Manager Bsc Hons; PG Dip Surveying
Currently the Portfolio Manager at Broll Ghana, Tony is responsible for the asset management of all commercial properties under management, including all fixed and movable assets. He also undertakes periodic valuations to advise clients on the capital and rental values of properties within the portfolio.
Prior to Joining Broll Ghana, Tony held various positions in the UK with top property consultancy firms, his practice areas including asset management, landlord and tenant work, and development appraisals. His client portfolio included pension funds, corporate & private investors, and local authorities.
Joseph Amo-Mensah
Centre Manager, Accra Mall BSc.(Hons), MBA(Int. Banking & Finance), EMBA (Proj. Mgt), GhIS
Joseph is multi-skilled with about 15 years practical experience in both public and private sectors. He worked with Bank of Ghana (Central Bank) in the Estates and Projects Department as a Senior Officer for 6 years, dealing mainly with projects management, property maintenance, valuation, lease management and investment appraisals. Then he worked with two Finance, Mortgage and Brokerage firms (Ingwell Scott Ltd and Priority Consultants Ltd) in UK as a Senior Manager and Head of Mortgages Department. Subsequently he joined Guaranty Trust Bank, Ghana as Head, Risk Management Group for about 2 years. Thereafter joined Stanbic Bank, Ghana for 4 years as Manager, Risk and subsequently, Head of Properties and Facilities.
Currently he works with Broll Ghana Ltd as the Center Manager of Accra Mall with over-all responsibility for managing leases, property management and maintenance, marketing, finance and security of Accra Mall.
Naadua Nunoo
Head, Residential Properties
Prior to joining Broll Ghana Naadua worked for eight years in the United Kingdom managing properties for County Estates. She is responsible for the sale, letting and management of the residential portfolio and sets high standards to ensure desirable and safe conditions for all Broll clients, visitors and staff.
Broll Ghana prides itself on its flat management structure which empowers our knowledgeable and well trained staff to make decisions within the company’s guiding business principles. This means clients’ best interests are always at the forefront and no time is lost in endless rounds of discussion.

Moses Luri
Head, Retail Leasing
Moses is a Chartered Marketer and includes psychology in his formal training. Prior to joining Broll Ghana he worked for four years in a brand enhancement company as Events Director. He is charged with developing Broll Ghana’s brand and developing and executing the company’s marketing and leasing plans for all properties within the portfolio.
