Broll Namibia was established in 2003 as a joint venture with local industrial group Ohlthaver and List. In addition to offering a wide scope of services the company has grown swiftly and now manages a portfolio of almost N$900 million.
Namibia has been characterized by the decision of town planners and landlords to look at refurbishment over development. This has meant that traditional retail nodes have maintained their value and there has not been development and a proliferation of space.
Consequently Broll Namibia has developed outstanding project management skills and has several multi-million dollar projects underway or nearing completion. These include the N$186 million retail extension to Wernhil Park Shopping Centre, a N$70 million upgrade to Carl List Haus and a N$20 million refurbishment to the Seagulls Shopping Centre.
