Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes

We are as passionate about property as we are about the lives we touch in the process and the communities in which we operate. We do this through involvement and support of various organizations and individuals with the aim to improve the quality of the less privileged in the communities.

Broll Ghana’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities over the years has benefitted many organizations and individuals including; Akropong School For The Blind, Kwame Nkrumah University Science Technology, KNUST (Award and Sponsorship Package for Best Graduating Real Estate Student), Mentorship Programmes for Simon Diedong- Dombo University of Business & Integrated Development Studies (SDD-UBIDS), Aequitas Foundation, Run for Cure Africa, Graft Foundation etc.

Continuous Professional Development Programmes

Continuous Professional Development programmes aim to improve the property skills and knowledge of employees. It is a structured programme to provide in-house training for employees in the commercial, retail, industrial property, Human Resources and finance Division for the benefit of staff. The programmes empower employees to be more productive in the workplace, gain confidence and maximize long-term potential within the group.

The Intern Programme

We identify university graduates from various property courses and place them on a fast-track process in various departments within Broll where we provide practical and on the job training to students to augment their classroom learning. The Internship is about 2 months long with emphasis on the job learning which combines education and training with work experience.

Working with various universities, the progamme has swiftly grown year on year to widen the skills base in the property industry.

A team leader, supervisor or line manager mentors the candidates at the work place.
